'In time', 'on time', 'by time'

In time

Se usará 'in time' con el significado de 'con el tiempo suficiente'.

He is just in time for dinner.

Llega para la cena.

On time

Se usará 'on time' con el significado de 'puntual' ni antes ni después.

He was on time.

El llegó a su hora (puntual).

By the time

Se usará 'by the time' para indicar 'no más tarde de'.

I´ll be here by the time you arrive.

Estaré aquí para cuando llegues.

'At the end', 'in the end'

At the end

Se usará 'at the end' para indicar 'en el momento en el que algo termina'.

at the end of the concert, at the end of the week, at the end of August.

al final del concierto, al final de la semana, al final de Agosto.

In the end

Se usará 'in the end' para indicar 'finalmente'.

I didn´t like the food so in the end I left the restaurant.
